About TMC
TMC (Telemedicine Clinic), founded in 2002, is a sub-specialist radiology reporting provider of day and night time reporting services. TMC supports more than 50 NHS hospitals and another 100 hospitals in Sweden and Denmark with high quality reporting services.
Our goal is to make our company as human, creative, inventive, caring, and purpose driven as the wonderful people who work inside it.

TMC was founded by Henrik Agrell, David Backstroem, and Dr Hans Billing.
2003
TMC started providing teleradiology services to Swedish hospitals.
2004
TMC started providing teleradiology services to UK hospitals.
2007
TMC launched on-call teleradiology services using the follow-the-sun model from Australia.
2013
Launch of Optemis, the radiology management and reporting system developed by TMC.
2017
TMC was acquired by Unilabs, the leading diagnostic group in Europe.
2020
TMC started using several AI solutions day to day and Academy launched the Image Reporting Simulator.
2021
TMC became the first teleradiology provider with ISO 27701 certification.
2022
TMC continued its expansion as a leading European subspecialist teleradiology provider.
