In response to increasing demand for on-call reporting services, TMC set-up a centre in Australia to serve our client hospitals in Europe. Leveraging the time difference between the two continents, our radiologists based in Sydney read nighttime and emergency cases when they are alert and awake during daylight hours.


Our on-call centre in Sydney is staffed with qualified senior radiologists who are registered with the local medical council of the country in which we provide our services. At TMC, we have developed a first-rate on-call service that enables us to maintain the accuracy, quality and timeliness that we promise to our client hospitals.

While our radiologists cover your nighttime emergencies, your radiologists will be able to focus on your core daytime activities – reporting and training.

Relieved from night shifts, radiologists can focus on reporting during the day when patient volumes are at their highest. In addition, experienced and senior radiologists are now available to train juniors and residents, which is an important step in strengthening a radiology department.

COMMUNICATIONS
TMC has protocols in place that facilitate direct communications between our radiologists in Sydney and referring clinicians or radiographers at our client hospitals in Europe. Where needed, we provide support to onsite radiographers on specific cases and on appropriate scanning procedures for a particular patient.

TURNAROUND TIME
A well-designed IT platform and well-defined protocols give us the edge to guarantee short turnaround times. This means that we can take on virtually any urgent on-call case and deliver the report in 15 minutes or less.
