Stimulating the usage of telemedicine solutions

Telemedicine Clinic has the ambition to be the European centre of reference for telemedicine.

Our R&D department evaluates and develops the best practice procedures to integrate telemedicine in a routine basis. By using telemedicine, hospitals have the benefit of accessing sub specialist competence in a cost efficient way.

Telemedicine Clinic works together with public hospitals and associations to develop projects that stimulate the usage of telemedicine on a routine basis.

As an example within the area of pathology, Telemedicine Clinic together with Hospital del Mar in Barcelona and University Hospital of Norrland in Sweden, are developing a common ground for the implementation of routine telepathology practices.
